| 有關本局建置「心靈加油站學生心理關懷平臺(網址：https://care.tyc.edu.tw)」將於113年3月1日(星期五)正式上線一案，請協助宣導週知並轉知教師及學生知悉，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局113年1月15日桃教學字第1120130418號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提供學生於放學後時段，如有人際相處、課業、生涯規劃等遭遇問題待關懷諮詢，本局建置旨揭平臺，提供關懷人員與學生以純文字即時線上對話，或以信件方式，針對學生各項適應困擾問題，提供關懷資訊，延伸學校輔導功能，全面促進維護學生身心健康。 |
| 三、 | 本平臺資訊說明如下： |
| (一) | 預約方式：由學生透過學校提供之電子信箱帳號進行申請預約，請學校務必確認學生信箱帳號及密碼，並提供學生使用，以利申請本平臺預約使用。 |
| (二) | 服務時段： |
| １、 | 平日星期一至星期五：晚上6時30分至晚上9時30分。 |
| ２、 | 假日星期六：下午3時30分至晚上9時30分。年假 、國定假日及連假時段不服務，寒暑假期間僅提供平日時段服務。 |
| (三) | 服務內容： |
| １、 | 即時線上對話：關懷員運用文字或語音訊息，與學生透過打字或語音方式溝通、陪伴。 |
| ２、 | 學生信件回函服務：透過信件往返方式，協助學生探討 個人及各項適應困擾，並提供相關求助資訊，收信後預 計3天內回覆。 |
| (四) | 學生於平臺上每次僅限預約1個時段，需於當日關懷後， 始可預約下一次服務。 |
| (五) | 如對本平臺操作、預約相關問題，請撥打0800-060-900免費電話諮詢專線。 |
| 四、 | 為利學生平臺操作順利，請貴校轉知本局給同學一封信(分國小版及高國中版)，並務必提醒有使用需求之學生，倘面臨緊急或複雜的心理議題 ，建議仍應直接聯絡學校導師、輔導老師等校內人員，以利案生獲得即時的協助，本平臺服務僅供關懷及諮詢。 |
| 五、 | 檢附宣傳海報、旨案平臺操作教學、給同學一封信（高國中版及國小版）各1份，請貴校協助轉發每位學生，於學校網站公告此平台，並請廣為宣傳。 |
