| 一、 | 依據本市立武陵高級中等學校114年5月26日武高優字第1140005926號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動訊息摘錄如下(詳如實施計畫)： |
| (一) | 辦理時間及地點： |
| １、 | 時間：114年7月24日(星期四)、114年7月25日(星期五)上午8時30分至下午5時及114年7月26日(星期六)上午8時30分至中午12時40分。 |
| ２、 | 地點：武陵高中(桃園區中山路889號)。 |
| (二) | 參加對象及名額： |
| １、 | 參加對象：就讀本市學校且通過114學年度國民中學學術性向或創造能力資優鑑定之六年級升七年級學生。 |
| ２、 | 活動名額：正取100人，備取10人(超過上限依錄取原則順序篩選)。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：本活動一律採網路報名，符合報名資格者逕上報名網址(https://forms.gle/rjZkSVqxqqnM6pQ77)或掃瞄QR code(詳如實施計畫)填寫表單。 |
| (四) | 報名時間：自114年6月9日(星期一)上午8時起至114年6月16日(星期一)下午4時止。 |
| (五) | 錄取規則： |
| １、 | 依報名時間先後錄取，若仍有缺額，按報名時間先後次序，依序遞補至額滿為止。 |
| ２、 | 名單公告：114年6月23日(星期一)下午4時前公告於武陵高中網頁(http://www.wlsh.tyc.edu.tw/)、桃園市資優教育資源中心網頁(https://talented.special.tyc.edu.tw/)，不另行通知。 |
| ３、 | 注意事項：正取學員因故無法參加營隊活動者，請於114年6月27日(星期五)下午4時前主動電話聯繫資優教育中心郭老師，以免影響備取學員權益。 |
