| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據「112年度桃園市第2次心理健康及自殺防治推動會暨第4季跨局處工作會議」會議決議辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭心情溫度計施測結果可供教師或民眾瞭解自己近期的身心狀況，適時運用心理衛生資源及求助專業協助達轉介標準者(總分15 分以上或有自殺想法分數2分以上)，後續將由本府衛生局致電關懷，評估是否持續追蹤或轉介相關單位；篩檢網址(https://forms.gle/5dRpnh1qpXkNaX6x9)，併檢送心情溫度計海報1份，供學生自評心情狀況。倘學生施測後有心理健康議題諮詢需求，得使用本局建置之「心靈加油站學生心理關懷平臺(網址：https://care.tyc.edu.tw/)」服務項目。 |
| 三、 | 本案推廣策略說明如下： |
| (一) | 請貴校運用電子刊版及LED燈撥放宣達，文字內容建議為「桃園市政府教育局建置心靈加油站學生心理關懷平臺，提供放學後即時線上對話及信件服務，鼓勵同學多加使用。」。 |
| (二) | 請貴校將心情溫度計篩檢資源海報張貼至校內公告欄，供學生自評心情狀況。 |
| (三) | 請貴校盤點學校活動，於相關合適活動中推廣心情溫度計篩檢資源，鼓勵學生及民眾積極篩檢。 |
| (四) | 請貴校將心情溫度計篩檢資源連結及本市心靈加油站學生心理關懷平臺海報置於學校網站明顯處。 |
