| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局114年2月20日桃教體字第1140015026號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 無痕山林教育學生夏令營活動實施計畫： |
| (一) | 時間：114年7月1日(星期二)上午7時10分至下午3時。 |
| (二) | 地點：東眼山自然教育中心。 |
| (三) | 上車地點： |
| １、 | 北區：自強國小(龜山區自強東路269號)集合上車。 |
| ２、 | 南區：仁和國小(大溪區仁和二街50號)。 |
| (四) | 參加對象：本市小學親師生。(共錄取40位，每校至多5人)。 |
| (五) | 報名方式： |
| １、 | 114年5月30日前將報名表寄送至自強國小教務主任：betty@m2.zqes.tyc.edu.tw，主旨請敘明「ＯＯ國小無痕山林教育親師生夏令營活動報名表」以利彙整資料(每校最多可報名5位)。 |
| ２、 | 兩項報名文件(完成核章之pdf檔及word檔如附件)缺一，皆視為報名未完成，視同放棄。 |
| ３、 | 紙本報名表完成核章後，請於114年5月30日(星期五)前郵寄至自強國小教務處備查(33347桃園市龜山區自強東路269號教務主任收)，報名截止後，寄發錄取結果信件至承辦人電子信箱。 |
| 三、 | 檢附旨案計畫1份，倘有相關疑問，請聯繫自強國小教務處鄧靖眉主任（電話：359-0758分機210）。 |
