| 主旨： | 檢送本校與台北富邦銀行公益慈善基金會共同舉辦「2025 EYE音樂在北明音樂冬令營」活動簡章一份，敬請惠予鼓勵符合資格學生踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 活動目的： |
| (一) | 規劃多元音樂學習課程，培養視障學生藝術氣質。 |
| (二) | 設計小組、團體性活動，拓展視障學生合作學習機會。 |
| (三) | 安排成果發表活動，展現視障學生潛能、增加自信。 |
| 二、 | 活動時間：114年1月22日(星期三)至1月24日(星期五)，共計3日。 |
| 三、 | 活動地點：臺北市立啟明學校。 |
| 四、 | 參加對象：各縣市國小(四─六年級)、國中、高中職視障生，共計30名。 |
| 五、 | 活動費用：免費。 |
| 六、 | 交通費補助：依實際居住地址為依據，請詳實填寫於報名表上，補助方式詳見活動簡章。 |
| 七、 | 報名方式： |
| (一) | 報名表傳真至：(02)2874-8301，傳真後請電話確認：(02)2874-0670轉1201。 |
| (二) | Mail報名表至：tsu055@tmsb.tp.edu.tw |
| 八、 | 報名截止日期：113年12月27日(星期五)，錄取者，將以電話通知。 |
| 九、 | 住宿方式： |
| (一) | 具有生活自理能力且無上呼吸道症狀、傳染性疾病者，活動期間可留宿於本校宿舍。 |
| (二) | 活動期間通勤者，請依據時間自行接送。 |
| 十、 | 活動課程、師資介紹詳見附件活動簡章。 |
