| 主旨： | 有關113年公費流感疫苗將於本(113)年10月1日起開打，請向學校師生宣導接種流感疫苗的重要性及安全性相關訊息，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署113年9月11日臺教國署學字第1130107082號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依據世界衛生組織(WHO)建議，接種流感疫苗是預防流感最有效的方法，又美、英、日及我國研究顯示，學生族群高接種率對於阻止流感擴散才有顯著的效果，故校園流感疫苗接種為我國學生接種公費流感疫苗之主要方式。 |
| 三、 | 經查流感疫苗已有多年使用經驗，我國採購之公費流感疫苗均為不活化流感疫苗，且各廠牌流感疫苗均通過我國衛生福利部食品藥物管理署查驗登記，保護力與副作用視為相同，安全無虞並可提供良好保護力，故建議符合公費對象之學生應接種任一符合仿單適用年齡之流感疫苗。本（113）年提供之5廠牌公費流感疫苗，其中賽諾菲、GSK與東洋3廠牌皆可供6個月至3歲幼兒接種。 |
| 四、 | 近期該署接獲地方政府衛生局反映部分學校師長出現挑選品牌之情事，造成衛生單位作業困難，請貴校惠予週知學校師生如說明三之訊息，且協助宣導接種流感疫苗的重要性及安全性相關訊息，並積極說明各廠牌保護力與不良反應發生率均無差異，不需有品牌迷思可以安心接種。 |
