| 一、 | 依據教育部113年6月26日臺教授國字第1135701772號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 教育部為聘任具備特殊教育教學經驗與服務熱忱之優秀特殊教育教學人員，擔任特殊教育中央輔導團各分團之輔導員，協助各直轄市、縣（市）政府所設特殊教育地方團，提升對所屬學校、幼兒園有關特殊教育課程與教學之輔導效能及整體特殊教育品質，辦理旨揭遴選作業。 |
| 三、 | 本次遴選就輔導特教地方團之特教中央團「學前及國中小身障類中央分團」、「高中身障類中央分團」、「資優類中央分團」，遴選要項說明如下： |
| (一) | 各分團預計遴選名額，詳如遴選簡章。 |
| (二) | 參與遴選之輔導員，須具備以下各項條件： |
| １、 | 各分團輔導員，須為具5年以上教學年資之公立學校、幼兒園之編制內正式教師，且服務成績優良者。 |
| ２、 | 持有符合各該分團專長之各類合格特殊教育教師證（資優央團若聘任學科專長之教師，不受須具特殊教育教師證之限制，惟須具該學科之合格教師證），或相關獲獎證明（如曾獲本部師鐸獎、特殊優良教師、全國性課程、教學相關獎項，或有其他優良表現或貢獻，具有證明文件）。 |
| ３、 | 除上述規定之資格外，若參加學前及國中小身障類中央分團、高中身障類中央分團遴選，具地方輔導團經驗，且服務成績優良者，優先考量；資優類中央分團擔任輔導特教地方團之輔導員，須具近2年教授國中小資優教育實際教學經驗。 |
| (三) | 本屆輔導員任期自113年8月1日至114年7月31日止。 |
| (四) | 受聘擔任輔導員之任務、權益、應遵守義務，及考核與獎勵，詳如簡章。 |
| 四、 | 請有意願參與輔導員遴選之教師，經現職服務學校校長、幼兒園園長同意，備妥報名表、備審佐證資料，於113年7月4日前將掃描檔資料寄送至本局特殊教育科承辦人信箱(kaihui666@ms.tyc.edu.tw)，並請來電本局特殊教育科確認是否收訖；紙本資料併請同時寄至本局特殊教育科。 |
