| 說明： |
| 一、 | 本課程將經由14堂線上直播教學，運用人格心理學、TA學派、認知行為療法、Satir溝通模式、完形的創傷治療法，幫助你探索生命問題的根源與解決之道，達成你渴望的人生願景。 |
| 二、 | 課程時間：2024年06月16日至2024年09月15日，每週日下午2:30~5:00，共14堂課程。（請預留16週時間，以防講師臨時有事請假） |
| 三、 | 課程內容如下：1. 認識自己是解決問題一切的起點、2. 自我覺察是成長的開始、3. 認識A,B,C三種人格、4. 什麼是精神官能症（憂鬱、焦慮、恐慌、躁鬱）？、5. 別讓負面情緒綁架你、6. 鬆綁你的完美主義、7. 最有效的溝通學（上）、8. 最有效的溝通學（下）、9. 同理心的力量，成為一個有溫度的人、10. 揮別玻璃心，建立自我認同、自我價值、11. 光是愛永遠不夠（婚姻關係）、12. 光是愛永遠不夠（親子關係）、13. 修復生命的傷，不再心痛、14. 對自己慈悲 (Self-Compassion)。 |
| 四、 | 團體帶領人楊依靜講師簡介：1. 夏威夷大學心理研究所，加州 Esalan 身心靈整合學院，曾接受完形心理治療、家族治療、父母效能訓練、敘事治療、戲劇治療等專業訓練。2. 創辦身心靈桃花源成長中心、臺灣點一盞燈社會關懷協會、阿含生命傳記劇場。3. 長期於各企業、學校、家扶中心、單親中心帶領成長團體，共計二十年以上。 |
| 五、 | 上課方式：Zoom線上授課，請確定可以使用再報名。 |
| 六、 | 課程費用：免費，但需繳交保證金2500元，全勤並繳交六次以上作業者可全額退費。全勤認定標準為每次上課出席滿150分鐘。 |
| 七、 | 報名對象：一般社會大眾。 |
