| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署（以下簡稱國教署）113年4月23日臺教國署原字第1135700803號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 查原住民族教育法（以下簡稱原教法）第35條規定「各級各類學校為實施原住民族語言、文化及藝能教學，得遴聘原住民族耆老或具相關專長人士支援教學；其認證辦法，由中央原住民族主管機關定之。」。原住民族委員會（以下簡稱原民會）業以112年8月17日原民教字第11200392445號函發布「原住民族文化及藝能認證辦法」。 |
| 三、 | 復於112年10月30日原民教字第1120054236號函說明原住民族語言之認證已適用現行「原住民族語言能力認證辦法」機制辦理，爰112年8月17日頒布之「原住民族文化及藝能認證辦法」，係為促進各級各類學校實施原住民族文化及原住民族技藝教學，針對原住民族耆老或相關專長人士之文化及藝能專業領域、資格、經歷、著作、教學經驗、作品參賽等級、事蹟分別訂定基準認證而為之。 |
| 四、 | 查清大人力資源網2.0（以下簡稱人力網）中約有319名耆老及具相關專長人士（如附件），為免衝擊及維持教學現場穩定，同意前開319名師資依現行方式辦理，113學年度起持續任教未中斷者得依原教法35條持續聘用，中斷教學年資者即不再具以耆老或相關專長人士任教之資格。 |
| 五、 | 爰上，鼓勵貴校112學年度已依原教法35條受聘之耆老及相關專長人士參與原民會辦理之原住民族語言能力認證，取得族語認證高級資格及教學支援工作人員合格證明俾憑支援族語教學。 |
