| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署（以下簡稱國教署）113年4月24日臺教國署原字第1130047536B號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依據十二年國民教育課程綱要，在職教師擔任閩南語或客語師資應取得中高級以上能力證明；原住民族語教師應取得102年12月31日以前核發之原住民族語言能力認證考試合格證書，或103年1月1日以後核發之原住民族語言能力認證測驗高級以上合格證書。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭計畫相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 日期：113年5月25日（星期六）、5月26日（星期日），每日上午9時至下午4時20分，共計2日，12小時。 |
| (二) | 班別與人數：成大春季台語認證加強班（開設2班，每班100人）。 |
| (三) | 授課方式：Google Meet線上研習（課程網址將於課前通知中說明）。 |
| (四) | 報名資格： |
| １、 | 第一順位：已參加過本中心第一梯次至第十二梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過閩南語中高級認證之高級中等學校現職合格教師（以參加過第十二梯次本土語文認證輔導班為優先）。 |
| ２、 | 第二順位：已參加過本中心第十梯次至第十二梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過閩南語中高級認證之國民中學現職合格教師。 |
| ３、 | 第三順位：已參加過本中心第十梯次至第十二梯次本土語文認證輔導班且未通過閩南語中高級認證之國民小學現職合格教師。 |
| (五) | 報名時間至5月12日（星期日）止，請至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」（https://www4.inservice.edu.tw/）完成線上報名（課程代碼：4258431）；報名時請填列正確通訊資料（含手機、e-mail），並確認「全國教師在職進修資訊網」登錄的個人資料是否正確，以利後續聯絡。 |
| (六) | 報名截止後，依照「全國教師在職進修資訊網」報名順序，進行資格審核。審查結果請自行至「全國教師在職進修資訊網」查詢。 |
| (七) | 課程相關注意事項（含上課網址），將於開課前5個工作天以電子郵件寄送「課前通知」，審核通過者敬請留意電子信箱。 |

| 四、 | 本局同意市立學校教師參加旨揭培訓課程期間，經學校同意後，核予公假。私立學校請本權責核予參加教師公假。 |
