| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立陽明交通大學115年5月21日陽明交大人社研字第1150020335號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為培養數位素養講師，將數位素養融入教學，並深化教師設計數位素養教學及活動能力，爰辦理此活動。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭講座資訊摘要如下： |
| (一) | 時間：115年7月8日（星期三）至7月9日（星期四），為期兩日。 |
| (二) | 地點：高雄商務會議中心3樓商道廳（高雄市前鎮區中山二路5號）。 |
| (三) | 參與對象：已完成A1數位學習工作坊（一）、A2數位學習工作坊（二）及A3數位素養增能研習之教師。 |
| (四) | 名額：上限70名，額滿為止，報名時請繳交相關證明文件，完整繳交證明文件者依下列順序優先錄取： |
| １、 | 南部地區高級中等以下（含高中職、國中及國小）學校教師。 |
| ２、 | 各縣市數位學習推動辦公室推派之教師。 |
| ３、 | 報名時間順序。 |
| (五) | 報名方式：即日起至115年6月22日（星期一）止，採線上報名，請至https://forms.gle/VYwzKKCeTazVE7si9 填寫報名資料。 |
| (六) | 全程參與研習者，核發12小時數位素養研習時數，活動後提交完整資料並審核通過者，核發A3數位素養增能研習講師證書。 |
| 四、 | 請貴校鼓勵教師教師參與並惠予活動出席教師公（差）假登記。 |
