| 二、 | 國合會係依「國際合作發展基金會設置條例」於1996年成立，為協助我政府執行國際發展援助工作之專業機構，主管機關為外交部。 |
| 三、 | 國際發展合作工作係臺灣參與國際社會、善盡國際公民責任之重要方式，我國外交在困頓逆境中能奮力突圍，即是藉由政府與民間協力合作，達成拓展臺灣國際生存空間目標，而國際發展合作工作更足堪為其中典範。 |
| 四、 | 近年國合會積極自製短片或帶狀性影音節目，透過網路平台與民眾分享我國對外援助的故事。為充實各級學校教學資源以因應學生學習需求，爰提供多部國合會自製影音資料供教師及學生參用。 |
