| 114學年度「桃園市國民中小學學生學習扶助整體行政推動計畫-國小非現職教師18小時研習認證計畫」，歡迎教師踴躍報名參加。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據： |
| (一) | 教育部國民及學前教育署補助辦理國民小學及國民中學學生學習扶助作業要點及注意事項。 |
| (二) | 114學年度桃園市辦理學習扶助整體行政推動計畫。 |
| 二、 | 目的： |
| (一) | 提升擔任學習扶助師資之專業知能，確保教學品質。 |
| (二) | 提供研習人員專業知能認證管道，建立未來投入學習扶助之人力資源網路。 |
| (三) | 提供學習管道，精進任課教師教學能力，縮短學習成就低落學生之學習落差。 |
| 三、 | 辦理單位： |
| (一) | 指導單位：教育部國民及學前教育署。 |
| (二) | 主辦單位：桃園市政府教育局。 |
| (三) | 承辦單位：桃園市中原國民小學。 |
| 四、 | 辦理期程:115年01月26日（一）至01月28日(三)共三天。 |
| 五、 | 實施對象：未取得高級中等以下學校合格教師證書者及108年前已習得認證教師歡迎回流，取得更新課程認證，預計200名教師。 |
| (一) | A組：國小國語組。約85名教師。 |
| (二) | B組：國小數學組。約85名教師。 |
| (三) | C組：國小英語組。約30名教師。 |
| 六、 | 工作項目與內容： |
| (一) | 報名方式：請於114年12月12日（五）前將核章完成報名表(附件二)郵寄或傳真至中原國小輔導室姜美珠小姐收(地址：320 桃園市中壢區中北路88號；電話：03-4385257#615，傳真03-4388226)。考量承辦學校場地因素，各選修組人數額滿為止(傳真後，請來電確認)。將於114年12月31日(三)前公告錄取名單，請上中原國小首頁查詢(http://www.cyes.tyc.edu.tw)。依報名順序錄取，預計錄取200名。 |
| (二) | 課程內容：國小18小時師資認證研習課程詳見附件一。 |
| (三) | 108年前已習得認證教師歡迎回流，取得更新課程認證。 |
| (四) | 全程參與本次研習活動者，將核予 18 小時研習時數。 |
| (五) | 參與研習完畢之學員，將由市府核發結訓證書乙紙，通過儲訓者得參加各校辦理之學習扶助師資甄選及遴用，務 必 全程參與，請假或缺課者不發給儲訓證書。 |
| (六) | 研習會場配合環保政策不提供紙杯，請與會人員自行攜帶杯子。本校停車位有限，請參與研習教師採用共乘方式前往或自行安排停車。 |
| 七、 | 成效檢核： |
| (一) | 全市學習扶助教師皆完成學習扶助八小時或是非現職十八小時之增能研習，實際從事學習扶助老師具有讀取測驗診斷結果報告與教學輔導應用能力。 |
| (二) | 未完成十八小時增能研習教師，能於本次進修完成，期使未取得高級中等以下學校合格教師證書者之本市國小學習扶助教師，接受十八小時學習扶助增能研習達成率為100%。 |
| (三) | 製作研習成效回饋表，統計教師研習滿意度，做為下次辦理研習依據。 |
| 八、 | 檢附計畫及桃園市人力資源庫操作說明各乙份。 |
