| 說明： |
| 一、 | 社會情緒學習（Social Emotional Learning, SEL）為當前全球教育趨勢，亦是協助學生建立健康心理素質、提升人際互動與強化復原力之關鍵。第一線教育工作者面臨多元挑戰，其自身之情緒覺察與輔導知能，對營造正向校園氛圍與師生關係至關重要。 |
| 二、 | 為支持教育夥伴，本校推廣教育部特辦理「情緒力養成：用遊戲學情緒（SEL）- 擁抱內在力量！讓關係升級的SEL遊戲之旅」課程。本課程由具備社工、家庭與遊戲化教育專業背景之胡晏菽老師授課，結合SEL五大核心能力與獨創遊戲化工具，旨在協助參與者深度探索自我、學習建設性溝通，並將實務技巧應用於教學、輔導與個人生活。 |
