| 一、 | 本會預計於9月20日起開辦「人本教育學程～教學的哲學與實務」教師研習，此與傳統的必修課「教材教法」不同，除了著重不同科目和領域間的交會相通處，並且希望透過去除形式化與格式化的訓練，讓老師可以教得更好，教得讓自己和學生都很高興。 |
| 二、 | 課程內容 1. 線上工作坊A：帶一片森林回家~理念教育的哲學與實務「人即目的，不是工具」，是人本主義的重要思想哲學，落實到教育現場，是什麼意思？又該如呈現？在以人為本的基礎上，知識如何傳遞？人應如何調整心智到可以跟知識呼應，以便掌握知識，讓學習者有共鳴？ 2. 線上工作坊B：跟網路搶小孩~新時代中的教師影響力 現今的網路時代，對孩子帶來的最大傷害是「喪失意義感」，在任何課堂上，老師都可以針對「意義感」下功夫，試著把小孩從這樣的困境中「搶」回來 ，並協助孩子發展批判思考能力。 3. 實體溝通工作坊：溝通實務之操作與練習溝通是建立在對人的了解，除了看見需求、覺察慣性，更要檢視自我信念及價值，而最重要的，疼惜生命才是溝通的真諦。 |
