| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立清華大學113年2月26日清教育字第1139001518號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案甄選活動相關內容摘要如下（詳如實施計畫）： |
| (一) | 收件日期：即日起至113年12月2日止，教案甄選收件期限以郵戳為憑。 |
| (二) | 收件地址：30014新竹市南大路521號 ，國立清華大學竹師教育學院「性/別教育發展中心」收 |
| (三) | 參加對象：幼兒園、國小、國中、高中職在職教師或教保員（含正式、代理、代課教師或教保員）；實習教師及志工教師可與正式教師或教保員組成團隊。 |
| (四) | 教案競賽組別：每組限1至3人，分為幼教組、國小組、國中組、高中職組。 |
| (五) | 獲獎者須於頒獎典禮當天出席受獎及配合主辦單位安排進行發表（每件得獎教案，至少須1人出席），否則取消獲獎資格。 |
| (六) | 投稿所需相關表件格式請參見附件，或逕至「性/別教育發展中心」網站或真善美教學資源分享網（http://genderedu.site.nthu.edu.tw/app/index.php或http://www.goodlife-edu.com/）下載。 |
