| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據桃園市桃園區東門國民小學113年2月17日東門小特字第1130001278號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭計畫資訊摘要如下(詳如實施計畫書)： |
| (一) | 參加對象：每場次錄取20名，預計辦理兩場次，合計40名，錄取順位如下。 |
| １、 | 本市具國民小學教育階段資賦優異類合格教師證書之資優班正式合格教師優先錄取，並擇一場次參加。 |
| ２、 | 本市具國民小學教育階段特殊教育類合格教師證書之特教班正式合格教師並具心理評量或測驗診斷專長者。 |
| (二) | 辦理時間及地點： |
| １、 | 第一場次：113年3月9日(星期六)及10日(星期日)上午9時至下午4時。 |
| ２、 | 第二場次：113年5月26日(星期六)及27日(星期日)上午9時至下午4時，地點假桃園市桃園區東門國民小學(桃園市桃園區東國街14 號)辦理。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：請至全國特殊教育資訊網(https ://special.moe.gov.tw/study.php)報名，本測驗工具為管制性測驗，請嚴守保密原則，餘請詳參實施計畫。 |
| 三、 | 本案參加人員核予公(差)假登記，因適逢例假日得於活動結束後二年內，在課務自理及不支領代課鐘點費原則下核實補休 。 |
