| 主旨： | 國立中興大學磨課師「華麗變身：農畜產品的生產與加工」系列課程即將於教育部磨課師平臺上線開課，請鼓勵所屬各級學校教師同仁在職進修，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立中興大學114年2月27日興教字第1140200150號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本次系列4門課程，教學範疇包括農畜產品的飼養與栽種、採收後的加工處理、食品添加物與安全、生產設施自動化、動物福祉、綠金減碳、友善環境等各個面向，系列課程介紹如附件。 |
| 三、 | 系列課程4門課總計24小時，每門課程時數為6小時，依內容主題之特性，再區分為1至2小時的短課程，方便老師們依需求與興趣選讀。預計於114年3月陸續上架至教育部磨課師平台，網址：https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/ |
