| 一、 | 依據國立高雄師範大學114年1月14日高師大工教字第1141000272號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為推廣國小科技議題、資訊議題融入校本課程，爰辦理旨揭研習。旨案並以科技教育縣市總體計畫學校教師、活化教學與多元學習計畫教師為優先對象。 |
| (一) | 研習名稱：閃亮聖誕賀卡 & 紙電路音樂賀卡。 |
| (二) | 日期時間：114年01月22日(星期三)，上午9時至12時。 |
| (三) | 對象：縣市總體計畫子三推動學校、活化教學與多元學習計畫學校、有興趣之國小教師。 |
| (四) | 研習地點：嘉義縣永慶科技中心生科教室。 |
| (五) | 報名連結：https://forms.gle/Z8LyVaHdu114mbdh7。 |
| (六) | 全國教師在職進修資訊網課程代碼：4851649 （如在教師在職進修網報名者，也須於表單再次報名，謝謝。） |
| (七) | 注意事項： |
| １、 | 需自行攜帶筆電。 |
| ２、 | 攜帶可固定手機之支架。 |
| ３、 | 為響應環保請自行準備杯、筷、文具等。 |
| ４、 | 表單填報後視同確定參加，不另行寄送錄取通知；報名後不能出席請務必來信(電)通知取消報名。 |
| ５、 | 請於114年1月21日前完成報名，俾利人數統計。 |
