| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國教署113年12月13日臺教國署國字第1130149858號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭徵選活動資訊簡述如下（詳細內容請參閱附件簡章）： |
| (一) | 辦理目的：鼓勵國中教師發展符合學習低成就學生需求之補強暨適性課程模組，應用於各類型學習扶助課程，以提升學生學習動機、縮減學生學習落差。 |
| (二) | 參與對象： |
| １、 | 國中學習扶助教學人員（含專任教師、代理代課教師、教育實習學生、師資生），每名教學人員以參選2件為原則。若投稿國中小銜接課程可邀請國小學習扶助教學人員參與。 |
| ２、 | 每件課程模組可為個人或集體創作，集體創作人數以5人為原則。若投稿國中小銜接課程，國小學習扶助教學人員不得超過總人數1/2。 |
| (三) | 徵選科目： |
| １、 | 國中教育階段之國語文、英語文、數學及另類適性課程。 |
| ２、 | 銜接國中與國小教育階段之國語文、英語文、數學補強課程模組。 |
| (四) | 評選方式：書面審查。 |
| (五) | 獎勵方式：獎項分為「優等」、「佳作」及「入選」，獲獎者頒發獎狀並給予稿酬。 |
| (六) | 重要期程： |
| １、 | 收件截止日期：至114年6月23日(星期一)止。 |
| ２、 | 得獎名單公告：114年7月31日(星期四)前。 |
| 三、 | 紙本徵選活動海報將另行郵寄至各學校。 |
